The QuadMaster 500 was the first automatic ATV to be introduced by Suzuki. This powerful Quad combines the benefits of automatic transmission and selectable 2 and 4-wheel drive with all the features which have made the QuadRunner 500 manual transmission model so popular.

SUZUKI UTILITY ATV RANGE

The QuadMaster 500 has a QuadMatic centrifugal automatic clutch, continuously variable transmission and high and low gear ranges. A very efficient engine braking system reduces free-wheeling while moving downhill with the throttle closed, thereby enhancing control. It has the same 493cc liquid cooled engine as the QuadRunner 500 with a large radiator and 210mm (8.25in)electric cooling fan for optimum performance in the most demanding conditions.

Independent double-wishbones at the front are combined with a lightweight QuadLink rear suspension giving 150mm (6in) travel. Plus the rear axle housing moves up and down with the wheels providing more consistent ground clearance regardless of load. Maximum ground clearance is 235mm (9.3in). The compact durable torque sensing limited slip front differential also assists with light steering in tight areas. Braking and other features are the same as the manual transmission Quadrunner 500
