The LT-F500F QuadRunner meets the growing demand for a hard working heavy duty ATV which is also compact and manouverable. The advanced 493cc 4-stroke OHC engine produces 28hp of dependable power with an emphasis on good torque at low revs. The liquid cooling system has a large radiator with 210mm (8.25in) electric fan. The LT-F500F has selectable 2 or 4-wheel drive with torque sensing limited slip front differential. The five speed transmission has high and low gear ratios. Suspension combines an independent double-wishbone front and a lightweight and simple semi independent QuadLink rear system giving a comfortable ride with 130mm (5.1in) travel. The ground clearance is 215mm (8.5in). Braking is provided by dual hydraulic front discs with twin piston calipers and mechanical rear drum with sealed lip design for water and mud resistance. Other features include under engine skid plate, a protector under the front differential and powerful dual headlamps. Sturdy carrying racks with 30kg (66lb) front and 60kg (132lb) rear capacity and a tow hitch with 410kg (902lb) capacity complete the comprehensive package. |
